I've recently register for my ADT theory & practical course with RMF training. I would like to say a huge Thank you to Matt and Owen who took their time with us all individually and was very helpful and they both explain to us , all the steps wich will folow up and wat to expect from beigining to the end of the course . Hope all will be as we start and I will learn the best from the best in order to pass .

The front of house staff that answer the phones are about as much use as a glass eye . The back room staff appear to have been promoted from the front of house Thanks for responding 6 months after this review was left 1 . I contacted you 6 months ago you did nothing . 2 . You claim your training courses finish with a “ guaranteed interview “ , they don’t 3 .Your staff who answer the phones do not call back , they don’t respond to texts , calls or emails .They call you once a month for 6 months after to tick a box and get “ extra funding “ 4 . On the day of my test I had to come in 3 hours early to do training that the trainer had “ forgot “ to show us . The day before everybody failed on this point . 5 . The first day of our course we couldn’t go outside because the correct PPE wasn’t available despite the course being booked weeks before . 6 . Clearly from the recent posts nothing has changed . It’s a complete shambles .

Shocking experience from this training provider overall. First of all, there seems to be miscommunication across all of the RMF staff and how disorganised they are. The teaching is really unprofessional and shocking, I would say most of the time, they are wasting your time. Some of the tutors are okay, however some of them are just there to waste time and not bother. Second of all, a lot of people have completed their courses after a long 8 weeks of prolonged learning, and half of them still haven’t received all their cscs, cpcs and other tickets, and therefore they still can’t find work many weeks after. Thirdly, they make false promises in general, just so that they get the funding to put people on these courses. For anyone who wants to do an RMF course, I would not recommend it to anyone. I would say it’s a waste of time going onto a course. It would be a waste of a few months attending here. If I could rate 0 starts I would.

Shocking experience with this training provider, there seems to be little or no communication between departments. Trainees left chasing up the simplest Of tasks. RMF highgate seem to have little care for the hurdles you may come up against due to their unprofessional, lax attitude and work ethics. Theres no real structure to the training, you will literally be left asking the trainners to go through the course. The Armac training site facilities are diabolic, no running water, unsuitable toilet, the porter cabin class rooms are filthy with no heating, all ppe is not provided while on this course, bearing in mind it is english winter with wet, muddy and freezing conditions, the mud covering normal steel toe boots! so be prepared to buy your own Wellies and hi viz coat. To add insult to injury after being on the prolonged course and making effort to be in every day our applications for the cscs cards had not been sent even though some students had received theirs, resulting in not being able to apply for any jobs at the end of it all. There are a few employees with this provider that are thurow and really do have a lot of patience, compassion and the ability to actually do a good job but unfortunately it doesn't outweigh the negative side of this business.
