Further to my review on Friday - things have not been resolved, in fact you could say they have got even worse - they are using DPD as an excuse for me not getting our £150 Ring camera - they said it was returned back to their warehouse. I asked for it to be resent out for a Monday delivery - I was told I’d have to place another order and pay over £150 a second time so they could process the requested delivery. What they need to do is sort this out to our satisfaction - our office CCTV clearly shows DPD delivering other parcels to us during last week.

Bought a surveillance door bell from these people, it did not work so they asked me to send it back, i sent it back with tracking information, they received it 2 days later. They never sent a replacement like they said they would, after sending numerous emails at witch i never got a single reply i had to claim my money back from them via PayPal absolutely disgusting from a company like them.
