Ordered a pir censor delivered promptly but was a faulty return from another customer, no instructions in the box, only a note from the previous recipient that it was faulty. Could not get though to the correct dept they didn't answer the phone, tried several days to no avail, contacted the showroom who directed me to the number that wasn't answering. Tried the website contact page but was not contacted, then emailed direct and received an answer within 24hrs sent photos of the goods and the note and they immediately sent me another unit. So once contacted did get excellent customer service (5 star) but only rated at three due to the initial difficulty in making contact on the 0800 number.
