I'm so upset. I paid for a Fensa certificate and they said it will take 4 weeks. It's 5 weeks and text him last week and he said he would talk to his accountant and nothing. I called him today and he didn't answer. I text him and he hasn't responded. I'm going to contact trading standards about this. Unacceptable!!!

Do not use this company! They do not resolve matters and want payment. Door was supposed to be grey but this is what they fitted with a white border.Door looks miniature due to white border. They're requesting a further £400 for door to be same colour! Never seen any door like this! Unhappy customer

Was messed around for more than 3 weeks and this is what they gave me. It was supposed to be a grey door, the inner bit is grey but the border is white. I mean its not even the frame that is white its the actual door. Pathetic service, the guy doesn’t answer calls after deposit taken, and now he says if I wanted the door all 1 colour then it would be £400 extra!
