    Maybe a review is the only way to get action, sick of being taken for a ride by companies and governments. We would do anything to avoid purchasing from RnJ again. Numerous issues from day one. Taking the money was pleasant enough, until machines turn up delivered hanging off the lorry. Its a shame Altendorf use them as their supplier as we want to purchase extra parts but refuse to do it with RnJ for our F45. Our biggest current issue is the return pull on our Maggi Cross cut saw. Its too small for the saw, wrong one has been provided, even the engineer during the service said he's not seen a return pull mechanism so small on a saw this size. A few months RnJ have know about this, any action from them? No diddly squat. The fact its a health and safety issue is the biggest thing let alone the customer service. I could go on and write a whole lot more.

    Just like to thank the lads from RJ machinery for their help I have a small workshop in Wicklow Ireland and just before Christmas my saw ( Altendorf f45 elmo drive) stopped working, I was told I needed contactors and was having awful problems getting parts in Ireland,so rang Justin in RJ machinery ( couldn't have been more helpful ) got parts within 2 days, unfortunately this wasn't the problem as saw still wasn't working, the saw had been down for 3 weeks now and not much getting done in workshop at busiest time of year, didn't know what to do next so rang Chris in RJ machinery and after a couple of hours and a lot of phone calls back and forth Chris went through everything with me over the phone on the saw and finally figured out it was the stop switch on the screen saw is back up and running thanks lads great help 5 star service Mick Fegan
