Cannot recommend R H Carpets; a booking to visit our home for a site measurement for quotation was booked with David. He did not turn up, and when we called the shop he answered the phone, and could not immediately recollect the booking that was done in person with him, which he also wrote down. So unprofessional, and a total waste of our time!
