Great optician. My partner popped in with a broken hinge (glasses not purchased from Linklaters), not only did the optician fix them on the spot, he didn’t charge. You don’t get this sort of service of chain stores. Shopping local is by far the best! Thank you, we’ll be back.

Having had a bad experience at Specsavers with an eyetest and subsequent incorrect prescription for reading glasses, I've been going to Linklaters for over six years. The service is very personal - they even gave me a set of miniature screwdrivers for my glasses at no cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been coming to RF Linklater for 19 years! When the rest of my family needed glasses there was no doubt where they should go. Jenny the optician is fantastic at her job, she’s thorough and always puts you at ease. The receptionists welcome you with a smile every time and are accommodating regarding appointments etc. Yes slightly pricier than your cheaper high street alternatives but you only have one set of eyes and I would choose professionalism and knowledge over price every time.
