I inquired about the construction of a large two storey extension at my property. They were very polite and helpful, they initially came for a visit of my property and then provided a very reasonable quote which i accepted after comparing it with the prices I got from other companies. They measured up my house and within a week of them visiting i had full plans drawn up (on a computer not hand drawn!!) with proposals of the new extension. I asked if we could have a larger window for my kitchen and a few other internal alterations, they were very accommodating and the plans were perfect for what i wanted. My property is situated in a conservation area and i initially thought that planning would be a nightmare after talking to my neighbours and friends. This was not the case for me, they dealt with the whole planning thing and after a couple of months they let me know that they had approval. They then carried out all the structural design and provided full building regulation drawings and submitted them to the local council. They even recommended local builders that they have worked with to quote for doing the works. It was stress free and i couldn't be happier with my extension. I have recommended them to all my friends!
