Top firm! I had a garage fire and my insurer used RE Spencer to deal with the aftermath. The guys that came in (Eddie and Lukas) were brilliant, went the extra mile and then some! Very friendly, very professional, and literally could not do enough to help. It's rare these days to find people that actually want to do their job and enjoy working, but these guys were brilliant. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful when booking the work in for me. I'm hoping I never have to use my insurers again (this was the first time, so quite stressful), but if I do then I'm hoping they send this firm in again. Thanks a lot, I will be calling your office to tell you how grateful I am.
