I ordered something to b delivered to there from my catalogue to save delivery cost, I went down at 7am to pick my items up, the guy in shop didn't no anything about any collection even though I showed him on my email, I left the shop he then called me back and said he had found my item but he would not give it to me even though I showed him Id, yes the parcel was in my hubby name but it clearly states with my catalogue if a 3rd party picks up item them as long as I bring down theit id there want b a problem, will not be going back there again.
