Have been going through Victoria plum to try and get a collection date for a sink we ordered. I cannot get a refund until the sink is collected. I’ve been waiting 2 months for a collection date and I’ve constantly had to chase my end. This is unacceptable for the amount I’ve paid for a sink.

I have been trying to reach a member of the technical team for over a week now. Nobody answers the phone... ever. I called the main switchboard who would simply put me through to the same line that constantly goes unanswered. Left two voicemails... no reply. All I needed was the dimensions of a pedestal for the basin we have. I quoted that it was a 400mm 600 series. I was told that it was flat bottomed and could not have a pedestal. I begged to differ, as I own one, and there is a pedestal rib on its bottom. Rather than find out what these dimensions were, the call handler insisted on sending me the technical drawings for the sink... technical drawings that do not, in any way, say what size pedestal is required. A cracking example of a company rep who not only doesn't know their own product, but also plainly can't be bothered to get the correct information. Brilliant.

Waiting for something ordered in July last year. Still waiting.Vanity unit already installed. Waiting for Rak precious double basin. Can’t even use any other basin as the taps are wall mounted and unit already mounted. Taking it down means re tiling the whole bathroom. No one seem to care.
