Wife used them once. Asked for 2 new tyres. Told he could do Hankook for £150. When both fitted asked for £300! When I complained, the guy behind the desk thought being rude was a good idea. Never returned, no intention of returning. Wouldn't recommend

I recently took my Vauxhall Astra to Qwik Lube in Musselburgh based on a recommendation from a neighbor for my MOT. To say that I am thoroughly disappointed with their service would be an understatement. During their MOT inspection, they found 1 dangerous defect, 7 major defects, and 11 advisories. I was shocked and appalled at the state of my car, but even more so when they gave me a quote of £1500 to fix everything and pass the MOT. I couldn't believe how much they were trying to charge me for repairs that seemed excessive and unnecessary. I decided to take my car to another garage, and to my surprise, they found only 2 advisories during the MOT inspection so my car passed the MOT without spend any penny. I was left feeling cheated and taken advantage of by Qwik Lube's outrageous pricing. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Qwik Lube to avoid them at all costs. They seem to be in the business of overcharging their customers and recommending unnecessary repairs. I regret ever taking my car there and would never do business with them again.

Went in as one of my tyres had a very slow puncture. Sorted in 10 minutes, a faulty valve. No charge, so asked about rear pads. I am now booked in to get these changed. Excellent customer service.
