Unreliable - avoid. They came to (1) carry our a survey in the middle of the second wave of the pandemic and (2) give me a quote on an issue with our extractor. Quotehedge thought that it was a good idea to show up with a trainee (without warning) and they then refused to give me the quote for the extractor problem as suddenly Martin argued that they mostly serviced companies (only after being paid for the survey). Felt as if the decision was discriminatory in nature and due to bigotry.
