My husband and I recently visited Quorn Stone in Leicestershire. We were provided with excellent customer service by Ezgi. We had little understanding of the type and colour of stone we required and Ezgi provided us with over 2 hours of dedicated advice and guidance using the in situ flooring examples. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and responded with good humour to our indecision. What could have been quite a tense time turned into a fun and humorous experience. We had a lot of laughs! One point of advice would be for staff to emphasise that the stone laid on the floor may be quite different to the latest batch of the same stone - so if you fall in love with the stone already laid, ensure that you request sight of the latest batch as this could be significantly different such that you might wish to change your selection. We selected quite a few stones which after checking the latest batch we then discarded and had to start again. However, overall it was a very positive experience. We came away with lots of samples and Ezgi followed up our visit on the same day with emailed quotes for the 5 types of flooring we shortlisted along with photos of each of the stones in situ. A very pleasurable experience and I will be recommending Quorn Stone to my friends and colleagues.

My Husband and I visited the showroom after viewing their website. The choice in the show room is outstanding. Cristina was amazing she helped us focus on what was required to fully tile our new home. She was honest and guiding and did not push items just for a sale. She also help us design and agree on colours and different textures. therefore we bought all that was needed to tile our home. Her aftercare was amazing sending us samples quickly and on time. Her knowledge and skills on interior and design and tiling products is amazing and we are delighted with the products and service provided. I highly recommend a browse on the website and defiantly a visit to the Quorn showroom

I bought some tiles for our bathroom refurbishment and I'm happy about the tiles. However we bought much more tiles than necessary, following our builder recommendations. I was very surprised to know that they don't accept returns even though I contacted them just a few days after the purchase. The tiles were not made bespoke for us m, the boxes are unopened and by law all UK companies should be able to accept returns. I don't think this is a sustainable practice and if I knew it before I would buy from another supplier.
