Dr Hardy is so rude and patronising everytime I speak to her. The rest of the staff are lovely there so I hate to be giving one star, but the way Dr Hardy speaks to her patients is disgusting.

All the doctors and nurses here are amazing and v professional and good at their jobs. Thanks One particular lady who goes completely above and beyond to help me is Ellen the reception manager. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond by speaking to me personally as she knows that as I am away alot I have to sort any issues over the phone which she always helps with. Such a lovely lady and thank you v much for youre friendly professional and helpful attitude. I am truly grateful for your services. An absolute asset to Quorn medical centre. Thanks v much you are gem. Also Jackie who I believe works on reception is also v nice and friendly and v helpful. Thanks Quorn medical centre.

I've only just joined this practice but the level of care is outstanding. Everyone gets seen to so quickly and they're very thorough. The receptionists go above and beyond too. 5/5

Went into register and was told I was not able to as i ‘live outside the catchment area’. I actually live in Quorn… but because it’s a boat they’re being difficult about it. NHS website says I am able to register outside my catchment which this medical centre seemed unaware of. Unwilling to help and no room for movement. Seems we don’t fit the stereotype of the area just because we choose to live in a boat.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS THAT THE NHS APP REFER TO. WHEN NO OTHER IDENTIFICATION METHOD IS AVAILABLE. IMOGEN OF QUORN MEDICAL CENTRE WAS THE ONLY ONE I PHONED WHO HAD AN INKLING AND SEEMED FAMILIAR WITH THE TERMS. It would seem that one has to ask the surgery to provide the following three pieces of information: The names used are: 1) Linkage key 2) O.D.S.Code (Organisation code or Practice I.D.) 3) Account I.D. Most of us have only got two pieces of information already for logging into our doctor's surgery services online, so, we need to be given the O.D.S. of our surgery to be able to finish the last stage of applying for our NHS App. This may be linked to the surgery having to issue to us, all three pieces of information , the ODS code previously not needed, but also the other two previous access codes, for their online service, which may have to be renewed as different from the first two issued. I hope this information is correct! My husband of the same surgery as me, (NOT Quorn) has already used his passport as identification, and is safely logged into the NHS App. It does seem that identification information provided by the surgery is needed for me to also have availability of the NHS App.
