I am blessed to have so many beautiful experiences at this practice. The dental nurses, receptionist and Dr.Sheikh (I believe that's correct!) were all incredible. If you want to feel cared for and listened to while your problem is being resolved promptly, go to this practice. It is warm, welcoming, you are offered drinks often, also they have individually packed biscuits on display which I find the sweetest. This practice enables you to feel at peace whilst going through a process which would generally make you feel vulnerable. I was booked in the same day for my appointments. An absolutely brilliant practice. You will surely be happy going to the dentist and not terrified if this is your practice!

I cannot begin to explain how absolutely hard it is to find a good dentist who actually listens to you and helps you in the best way possible. I am just eternally grateful that I found out about this practice and about Dr Sheikh through some family members recently. After having the WORST experience in my life with my previous dentist a couple of months ago, where they fractured a tooth and left the remaining of the roots and part of the tooth inside my gums - Dr Sheikh was so gentle and wonderful in first, making me understand what the problem was and where my constant discomfort since that awful day, was stemming from and secondly letting me know how he could help. Throughout this complicated extraction Dr Sheikh kept reassuring me that things were going the right way. Initially he said he may have to remove parts of my gum and bone to extract the tooth whole - but in the end he just had to make a small cut in my gum and managed to remove this tooth whole. He was so gentle the entire time. To be honest I didn’t even know when the tooth came out! It was so calm and easy. Dr Sheikh has put so much confidence back in me towards dentist. But he’s also solved a problem I’ve been going through for so long. I’ve had such traumatic experiences earlier this year that I never thought I’d be pain free again. So, thank you to the entire team at Quorn dental. For fitting me in so quickly. For dealing with this so respectfully and gently. And just being so wonderful. By the way - I am only about 9 hours post procedure and I’ve only had to take Panadol twice. I’ve been living off Panadol and ibuprofen for the last two months due to the pain! And post procedure I was ready to be in immense pain.. but here I am. Just a bit of soreness

I recently had an emergency with a broken tooth and I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have found this dental practice. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Not only did they take me in as an emergency patient, but they also had a milling machine on-site which allowed them to complete the entire procedure in just one visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and kept me informed of each step along the way. The dentist who treated me was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also had a great bedside manner. They made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire procedure. The milling machine they had on-site was a game-changer. It allowed them to complete the procedure quickly and efficiently, saving me time and money. I was able to get back to my day without having to schedule multiple appointments. Overall, I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a positive experience. If you're looking for a dental practice that puts their patients first, this is the place to go. Had my first visit to Quorn Dental Practice and Implant Clinic today (Friday 25th November 2022), prior to my appointment I have been in conversation with Megan & Katie expressing my concerns and worries due to being on the Autism spectrum and having bad experiences at different dentists over the years. However, I am delighted to say that my overall experience from my initial emails and phone calls right down to stepping through the door today at Quorn Dental Practice and Implant Clinic has been nothing but positive and totally changed my perception 😊. Upon arrival I was greeted by both Megan & Katie on reception whom made sure I was ok and Megan even offered to make me a coffee (I had to smile as I did drink this before my checkup but this was not an issue). My dentist was Mo and his warm and welcoming approach was excellent, I especially like the fact that despite my teeth and gums needing a little bit of improvement the choice of wording and way in which they were portrayed was very well mannered and rather than feeling like I was being issued with a detention in school it was more encouraging and supportive which in my humble opinion is the correct procedure to go by, as at the end of the day the reason why I choose to visit the dentist (and I am sure I speak for others here is to rectify any problems) after my appointment I fed this back to Megan & Katie and I could sense they were pleased to hear this feedback from myself). Normally I don't tend to leave reviews unless I feel it is totally justified or excelled customer service, in this circumstance I think it is perfectlty justified and I would urge anyone thinking of perhaps moving dentists or looking for a dentist in the area to look at Quorn Dental Practice and Implant Clinic, to tell you the truth it felt more than just a dentist, inside the premises was emacculate and it felt like I was inside a car showroom but for teeth 😍✨. Thanks Quorn Dental Practice for seeing me at very short notice when I had an emergency! Your receptionist was very empathetic and I felt they and went out of their way to make sure I was seen promptly. When I arrived it was evident the practice was very modern, clean and you have gone to a lot of effort to create a relaxing environment for the patients. Dr Sheikh was extremely professional and I was very impressed by the use of the latest high tech equipment and clear explanation of the problem. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.
