  Josh one of their new alsales advisors was extraordinarily attentive, considerate, & knowledgeable. Serious a rôle model to benchmark other staff, the standard of care & the extra time he naturally allowed and controlled superbly was a pleasure to behold. Considering he'd been there as a relatively newly employed member of staff, his natural aptitude for the job was phenomenal. You can't train the standard of care he offered, they picked a gem here v He's naturally a salesman, however ethical, which seems to be a rarity these days, You'll be in good hands with Josh, I promise you!

  Had my Quooker hot tap 3 years and absolutely love it done a bit of a service on it replaced a pipe went in shop and the two lady staff was very helpful and gave a excellent service highly recommend kindness regards mike Salford 🤩👍

  Life-changing, albeit in a minor way. Life in the kitchen is just so much easier - making rice, pasta, boiled eggs, coffee/tea etc, instantaneous boiling water on demand. It was the best decision we made when we installed our new kitchen.

  Love my Quooker Fusion 3-in-1. Purchased the rounded version in nickel to match my newly fitted kitchen. It was quite funny figuring out the different function & I had a few hot drinks with sparkling water top ups! Soon got use to this and wouldn’t be without the cube, it’s an amazing addition to the kitchen! Love the instant boiling water for drinks & cooking + the chilled/sparkling water is an added luxury.

  I've had a Quooker tap for about 10 months. In total, I've had less than 5 months use because of the poor quality. It's driven me absolutely crazy, I've had 3 breakdowns with the double flashing light issue which means you get no hot water. On each occasion, it has taken over a month, sometime two to get someone out to fix the issue. Faulty parts, the first two times I was told and this last time, I'm still waiting for a reply from their service team after one month and no doubt it will take another month or two for them to get someone out. For now, I'm using a kettle after spending over £1000 on this piece of rubbish. I wish I had bought the Franke boiler tap instead.

  We have had our Quooker tap installed for around three years and until it stopped working it was a great product. Quooker customer service is appalling. We are waiting almost two months for a maintenance visit. E-mails are not responded to and it is impossible to reach Quooker in Ireland by phone. Update: We finally got the issue with our Quooker tap resolved. The tap was replaced. Any of the Quooker personnel that I spoke to were friendly and professional and the service engineer who replaced our tap did a great job. The Quooker product is very good, it is just incredibly frustrating trying to get support and communication needs to be improved.

  Remarkable customer service, I had a big issue and Quooker ensured that someone came out today a Sunday, lovely guy called Brandon from the UK staying in Dublin to look after Irish customers as they've a staff shortage (plumbers are gold dust here). He was so patient and I'm a bit of a grumpy cow so for me to even bother with a review says a lot. Thanks to all the team for organising this. Only gripe was the phone lines and how long it takes to answer but I've been informed that's been looked at and they certainly showed it today. Brilliant tap by the way, The actual tap- I have it 3 years wouldn't be without it. Filtered water cuts out having to buy bottled in our area. Advice would be get a big enough sink to take greasy roasting grills and dishes as the quooker is superb at cutting it all down with the boiling water they take minutes. 4 teenage boys so big trays needed. Cups of tea on tap what more do you want?

  From a customer service perspective, simply the best company I have dealt with bar none. A few teething problems on ordering / installation, DHL meltdown over the Christmas period and faulty parts, but after contacting the team, everything is sorted and the tap system is fantastic, love it. Bradley the technician was amazing, so helpful and really went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Kennie, again amazing support, Adam and Tayte superb. It’s when you hit issues you see if a company cares about its products and customers, Quooker has a great balance of professionalism, exceptional customer care and a real family pride you don’t see in many organisations.

  I will rate Quooker products with 5 stars and will highly recommend the products to everyone. We also are official dealer of Quooker and our customers can get a free tap once ordering a new kitchen 🤩🤩🤩 We have the 4 in 1 in our home for over two years and cannot describe how happy we are. With Quooker, the only single problem is that we don’t have any empty plastic bottles in house 😩😭 Top product, highly recommended 🥇🥇🥇
