I shopped at the Basingstoke store today A lovely girl named Katie served me, I tryed on so many shoes trying to find the right pair for my daughters wedding. Katie is such a happy bubbly girl and nothing was too much bother she was so very helpful . I did eventually find my shoes and also found the perfect bag to match. Katie is a huge credit to the store.
