Very poor real estate agency with staff who talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Wouldn't recommend Quirks to any landlords wanting property management services! Before signing up for their management services we explicitly discussed with Andrew the issues we had with previous agencies being careless with our properties. We were assured that Quirks were different and we should trust them in the services they provide. Andrew seemed professional and responsible. We used Quirks for three years to manage our rental property in Wickford for convenience as we live outside of the UK. Throughout those three years we had to repeatedly follow up simple outstanding issues and questioning why contractors had not been arranged. In the last 12 months of the contract, our tenants would reach out to us because things were not being done by Quirks. The management services became a waste of money! Our contract finished at the end of January 2023. After the contract finished, it came to my attention (from my tenant and NOT Quirks) that there was an outstanding task to be completed at the property. This was something I had requested two months prior. I phoned Quirks to understand the situation only to be asked by Sarah if I was “calling for an argument” who became very defensive and unhelpful. After requesting a managing partner to contact me to discuss the mismanagement of the property, no phone call took place despite confirmation this would happen from Andrew; and since, no follow up courtesy email from Andrew regarding the still outstanding communication. All in all, it appears the team and management have 100% interest in taking their management fees from you, yet have zero interest in following through with their responsibilities in managing your investment. Don't waste your money!

Unfortunately as a landlord we have been completely let down time and time again and have stopped management services. Constant poor communication and not fulfilling any service for both landlord and tenant. Having had properties in different parts of the UK this is by far the most disappointing management service received. Having requested to speak to management about the experience they have not bothered to return our call. In turn pulling out of the management contract. The tenant is also happy to hear this after being unhappy with Quirks. All in all poor leadership and management don’t waste your money on their service if you are a landlord.
