    Worst company me and my husband have ever dealt with, had a car 2 days then took them 3 weeks to clean a dpf filter… when really it should have been replaced. Have taken the car back, they did extend the warrant to six months, and because they basically refused a refund I’ve spoke to bmw who I’ve agreed to pay to look into whether the vehicle has been clocked! As when I spoke to them they agreed that a transmission warning should not come on a 9000 mile car. So we agreed to take it back and we have an appointment to get it all checked out and if it has been clocked we will then have grounds for a further case. UPDATE: We had the car checked and have found the work not to be satisfactory and will be beginning legal proceedings. What is shocking is this company makes out all the bad reviews are the customers fault…. There is no smoke without fire. Also the “hire car” had 3 warning lights ….. I think this speaks volumes. Plus the filter needed replacing, not cleaning. And as for the clocking, a 9000 mile car should not have a transmission warning light. AVOID at all costs. Also they had the car from 20/04/2023 until 26/05/2023 , so longer than three weeks!

    Advertised a Ford Ranger with Raptor body kit, phoned the dealership and booked an appointment to View on the same day. Travelled to the dealership and viewed the car, it was quite badly marked on the bodywork, the salesman Chris assured me that everything could be rectified. We discussed the deal and came to a mutual price, he phoned to confirm the deal with the owner and agreed everything. I paid £1000.00 deposit and we signed an order form and shook hands. I came away happy with my new purchase from a reputable company. The next day I received a call from Chris saying that they could not go ahead with the order as he discounted the car too much and the boss has vetoed the deal and agreement. I could not believe what I was hearing, the wanted to charge full price as advertised and as compensation they would throw in a coating if I agreed to pay an extra £1000.00. I told Chris that I could not go ahead so they refunded my deposit and offered £60.00 travel costs. Please be wary when discussing deals with Quirks, very disappointed and annoyed.

    went to buy a high end vehicle, once we negotiated the price, we were told actually those alloys are going to change now, will give us a budget set instead!!!! car was advertised online with silver wheels, yes, but on the forecourt the car had different wheels! if I had walked in of the street wanting to buy that car, it should come as is, not to be told actually we will remove these, not on guys, why would you do this? fron the offset, if you have no intention to give the set of alloys with the car, advertise them separately.
