Review is for Health Visiting Team. I have been trying to push for a dietitian referral for my son since November last year, keep being passed from pillar to post. Whoever we saw at his 2 year review does not have people skills and shouldn’t be working in a patient facing role. My son is not registered with this practice but with the Health Visiting team. I have changed to a GP practice in Smethwick, hopefully we will be redirected to a new Health Visiting team.

Rude, aggressive and threatening staff. Reading other reviews it seems they have a core group of nasty and abusive staff that should be reported to the NMC, extremely unprofessional and zero compassion.

Lady with black hair and blue highlights is beyond rude and patronising. We are in such a difficult time and her attitude and care is beyond awful. I has some personal concerns so I needed someone with me but she is beyond patronising and lacks sympathy. We are in such a difficult time with Covid you would expect some care. She was part of the hospital team, but everyone else that saw me was very lovely. Also, she was the only one not wearing a mask near patients, which was quite concerning!? Nobody was allowed in with me but she couldn't even wear a mask!

Went to take my son for a general weigh in, and as a younger mother they don't treat you well. I felt as though i was being told off rather than being given advice. Yet when i go with my mom they are fine, would be much better if they focused on what you was doing well instead of telling you everything you did was wrong. I came out of there feeling so upset and judged, will go elsewhere from now on.
