Following a last week doctors appointment with Dr Bahal at the Quinton Family Practice, I found the whole experience both friendly and positive. It had been a couple of years since my last visit and had two or three different health concerns I wanted to raise. Dr Bahal was very proactive in arranging x-rays for one issue accompanying this with a print out of a series of exercises to assist this matter. Dr Bahal has then also sent off a letter on my behalf to City hospital requesting follow up appointments for a different problem. Finally he has also via the very helpful reception staff arranged an appointment for a series of blood tests to be carried out at Lordswood Practice. Thank you Dr Bahal.

Used the appointment call back service for the first time today and it worked a treat. After calling just after 8:30am I received a call back after 5 minutes and made an appointment for later in the morning.

Very busy family doctors suffering overwhelm. Basic services are being carried out. Be prepared for long wait times if you telephone. Appointments for the right symptoms are available. They handle a lot of I'll people.

Below are the issues which needs to be addressed: 1. Even people with clear vision will miss this location. No presence on maps and sign board is small. 2. No place for waiting. Even infants have to be left out under rain outside as the doctor inside is safe and sound till we get drenched. Not everyone has a car. Create an internal waiting area with atleast 10 seats. 3. Start giving walk-ins. I don't know why GPs are only appointment based for everything. Illness doesn't come with an appointment. Treatment centers / hospitals are overloaded. The above are issues observed across all GPs in the country. If this process doesn't improve god save Britain. No wonder ppl lost lives in the pandemic because of the red tape process and lack of care!
