I found Quinn Developments online as I urgently needed to find out whether the house I was purchasing had reliable drains and didn't have "hidden" problem. Quinn Developments called me back within 2 hours of filling the online enquiry form in, and managed to fit me in the next working day. The actual survey was clearly conducted by a specialist and provided me with valuable information about the drainage system.

Excellent! I had Quinn developments do a drain survey on my new house (before I purchased it!). They came when they said, charged what they quoted and were very pleasant to deal with. The minor works that are required were quoted at a very reasonable rate - I’ve booked them in to complete the work once the sale has been finalised. Highly recommended.
