Disgusted! The only word I can find to express my opinion on the service my disabled brother has received recently. Appalling after sales service that frustratingly left him with a mobility scooter that was unfit for him to use and he was charged the service fee for the privilege. A second service engineer solved one issue, caused by the first, (for an extra £80) but there is still dispute over another issue which was part of the agreed understanding of my brother buying this product in the first place. Would be zero stars if I could give that! Let's bear in mind that most of the users of these products are vulnerable and have excessive issues to deal with in everyday life, without the stress of having to fight to get reasonable service.

We were promised that the people who were to pick up our scooter would be here within an hour, 4 hours later no show we want the money back we paid for the service not impressed, when we bought the scooter we were told any difficulties would be dealt with with no problems.

My mother purchased Quingo plus Scooter. It was delivered 28th January and has had nothing but problems since. It rattles and shakes and was not fit for purpose on delivery. Ben Haggart the engineer called twice as it had a problem with the brakes and arms and mirror constantly becoming lose. Ben said it should not have been delivered in that state. Ben Haggart also said you will never get a replacement and will need to pay another £700 to change it. The original salesman Alex Robinson came back to discuss changing the scooter to a different model and wanted another £700 for a scooter that cost less. It was disgusting he arrived at my mothers property dropping wet with sweat, she had to give him kitchen towel to wipe himself down. We are taking them to court for miss selling of this scooter. They ignore letters even when sent special delivery. I recommend everyone goes down the legal route (small claims court). MY MOTHER GOT A FULL REFUND AFTER ISSUING A COUNTY COURT SUMMONS… YOU ALL NEED TO DO THIS…

I am really disappointed on the scooter, but even more disappointed and frustrated with quingo customer services. They are extremely rude, trying to playing you around money wise and engineer dates. On several times the engineer came over and we couldn't tell me what was the problem. Now we told me it mate be battery issue. For 2 months i am paying for something i am not using, plus i have to pay an additional 271pounds for a new batterys and for the engineer to came over. So it would appear their aftercare service is non existent. Just to say that and using the scooter for 5 months. I advised anyone not to buy a scooter with quingo.

My mother bought on from their soles Uk distributor Forever Active Do not let this company into your elderly parents home. They sold my mother a power chair that she has not used and has tried unsuccessfully to return. She felt pressured to by it by the sales person. Them when my wife tried to get in contact she was told my mother was out of her cooling off period which apparently is 14 days. This company uses various names for marketing and they don’t answer thier customer service phone. We had to pretend to be a potential new customer to even get them to talk to us. These people have taken advantage of my mother she haven’t even used the chair and it’s too big to even get out of her flat. When we spoke to them on the phone they said we would need to sell it. It has not It even been used.I intend to speak to trading standards age concern and anyone else who maybe able help and I intend to update this post with my progress. Shocking company pressure sales to old people.
