I did the hands on simple bread making class in June. It’s in a lovely venue and Katherine is a friendly and patient teacher. I had always struggled with making bread in the past but it turned out I was only doing a couple of basic things wrong! The class was really helpful with clear instructions and I was surprised at how well the bread turned out. I’ve even managed to replicate the recipes at home!

I attended the Hands on Italian course on Saturday . I throughly enjoyed myself and learnt so much from Katherine, who is an excellent teacher. The classes are 3/ 4 people so plenty of interaction with Katherine. It really is a hands on course. The recipes were easy to follow and full of great wholesome ingredients. I took the 4 courses home (bread, starter, main and dessert) and cooked at home for an amazing dinner at home with my partner. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely morning making gluten-free Bakewell Tart, focaccia and brownies for a friend's birthday. Katharine is a wonderful teacher - warm, funny, and extremely knowledgeable - and the location is beautiful. A great experience. Thank you!

Great experience. Went with the Hands On Pastry course- learnt choux, flaky and shortcrust pastry during our three hour class. Was quite a speedy walkthrough each however it was packed with tips and tricks and you come away with some delicious snacks! All ingredients were included in the price and theres no need to bring your own utensils. A little difficult to find however a beautiful location and home style kitchen. Would recommend

I recently attended the 'One Pot Wonder' demonstration. I learnt so much and was amazed at how much Katharine packed into just one class!! The demonstration was so professional, well organised and catered for both the confident cook and the novice. To top it all off, a wonderful lunch was included. I can't wait to return with friends next time!!

I thoroughly enjoy Katharine’s classes and always come away knowing more than when I went it. The classes are fun, informative, the food always delicious and recipes to take home to try out on the family. Not to mention a back drop of the beautiful North Downs from the kitchen window. Can’t wait for the next class.

My wife and I really enjoyed the recent Thai cookery course. A lot was packed into our morning session, green Thai chicken curry, pad thai, pork spring rolls and crab fried rice. All the ingredients provided and all we needed were lots of plastic takeaway tubs to take everything we cooked home with us. Was really yummy and fed us and family really well for the next couple of days. An authentic taste and a genuine and knowledgeable well planned and organised morning. Thank you Katherine, will be along again in the future.
