This building, Queens House, has all the hallmarks of corporate manslaughter waiting to happen. This company is woefully inept and morally and legally behave so appalling and deplorably that even the PRS, local council and the insurers find their nefarious behaviour, stomach churning. This building has a roof liable to collapse, has failed fire regulations and, not adhered to planning permission. Any positive reviews are fraudulent much like the people behind this operation. I HIGHLY recommend buying from these people if you don’t want a a safe and comfortable building.

UPDATE: I've now been in the flat for FOUR years and this has still not been resolved. Quinata have stopped replying to emails and don't answer the phone. Never EVER buy property from Quinata. I bought a flat over two years ago that they had developed and it is unbelievably bad quality and was unfinished. So bad that I’ve had to move out because of massive cracks in the building that have let in so much water it has led to black mould. I have constantly chased for updates for two years regarding the completion of the building and fixing the structural issues, as well as redecorating the interior because of the huge amounts of damage caused by the external problems (cracks, leaks, damp, etc), after about a year of chasing them they sent someone to fix a few of the issues, and since then I’ve either been completely ignored or passed around to people who are unable to help me. It's been over six weeks since I notified them of the black mould and they have done nothing other than have some contractors call me (not even to come to the property to view the damage). They built a block of flats that is structurally unsound. Every single part of this building was done with shoddy workmanship, and is falling apart (you would think that this is an exaggeration, but look at the photos, and remember this flat is only two years old). Living in this flat has damaged both my mental and physical health. Stay away from this company, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

What can I say about this company that hasn't already been said by other reviewers. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and regrettably purchased a home from. Not only do they use cheap materials and cut corners wherever possible but also I have proof that they do not employ competent and authorised labourers to carry out work, as is evident in my current property. There is no organised management or commitment to future residents and also as someone who works in construction, their failure to abide by housing standards in general is beyond belief, and I am surprised they are still in business. Do not purchase from them and save yourself the trouble !

DO NOT BUY FROM Quinata, they are inaccessible cowboys, they building quality is poor and they make no effort to resolve these issues, promised and currently paying for CCTV on the service charge yet no cameras are connected and they refuse to hand over any CCTV footage, even once the footage is requested by the police following theft. They are disgrace in every sense and I would urge anyone to avoid Quinata when buying a property.

I can't even explain how poor this company is - they delivered me a flat that was below par 2 years after I put down deposit money with them. They lied about the various reasons why they were held up, cost me my help to buy ISA bonus and NEVER returned my calls or emails. Additionally, when the flat was finally ready they invited me in to do the snagging and didn't fix it. They've left me with a flat I no longer want to live in and am stuck with!!!

Would not recommend buying a new build from this developer. We've had lasting issues from the start, including drain blockages that caused a backlog of sewerage up into the bath, and a persistent drain fly issue ever since, roof leaks, door issues, all within 6 months of purchasing a new build. Following our experiences with this developer, we have strong doubts against buying a new build property again in the future. Corners have been cut, costs have be saved where can, which all means extensive cost and heartache for the buyer. The developers ignored years of emails, mounting costs and worsening issues. Please think carefully and take these reviews into consideration when buying a property from Quinata.

March 2019 I made an offer on Imtech House - Now remodelled as '33' - In Ashford, Surrey. The process of dealing with Quinata was HELL. I wish I had read the negative reviews, and also realised the positives are fake sooner. Quinata are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, Various issues such as completion date being made up multiple times, the plot numbers/flat numbers being registered wrong so I basically brought a different flat to the one they registered, The company went COMPLETELY quiet for 3 months, for no reason & then decided not to sell. I think it says it all the fact they had to get rid of buyers to sort out their money to pay contractors before they sold really! Useless company, no point even calling their office to try to get some help as the receptionist is terribly rude. They held onto my deposit when THEY decided not to sell and not me cancelling?! Have a look at other areas and developers near by if buying from them - They are not worth the money... Read the negative reviews and take them seriously!
