One of the women working at quickstitch I found quite rude. Needed sleeves taking up on a dinner jacket by an inch and had to practically argue to get it done, as she said it wasn't worth doing. Additionally, I had the jacket taken in and when it was pinned the jacket fit perfectly. When I picked it up and tried it on, it was like they hadn't touched it. Tried to call back but no answer. Had to take my jacket to my mother who Limited experience and equipment, fixed the jacket for me. I wish I read the reviews before using quickstitch as I would have gone elsewhere. Hate giving bad reviews, but this one is deserving

I took a satin slip bridesmaid dress in on a Wednesday (AM) for a wedding the following day, although this was extremely last min the lady on shift was so helpful. My dress was ready to collect from 4pm that day and was perfect. For £15.00 they really exceeded expectations and i would highly recommend. Really handy for parking too as i was able to park right behind and run in. a little tip for anyone reading this, the lady did mention it was helpful that i had worn the correct underwear underneath. *** WILL BE BACK THANK YOU QUICK STITCH*** Service: Bridesmaid dress alterations

I bought a suit from mo bros for a wedding and as it needed tailoring I went to quick stitch just outside the shop on Cheshire oaks I can't speak of this place highly enough, the woman That Dealt with was Marie she was amazing polite and new what she was doing, everything was done super quick and efficiently and the fit was to perfection can't thank her enough. Used their service to alter my fiancé's new pants and Jacket. They informed that It would take a week to do so. On the day found that his pants weren't altered at all even though i gave it a week ago and they asked me to wait for 15 mins. When the time was up I entered the store as it looked empty I was asked rudely by the staff on the counter to step out any explanation as to why. There was someone in the changing who I didn't spot. Instead of saying that I was spoken to rudely by the staff and got my items 30 mins later than expected. The stitching looks good however the customer service by that member of staff was not great.
