Ian Is a absolute star, I turned up in a bit of a state with shoes in a bit of a state and he absolutely smashed it, thank you so much. Back story - wedding today, could t get my new shoes due to a lymphie flare up (if you know you know) found old shoes but heels completely worn down. Ian came to the rescue in his calm no worries let’s see what we can do, and he did. THANK YOU IAN Great service, I would highly recommend. Great price too
