Hard to give anything other than 1 star sadly. Had a engineer booked in with a 7 week wait time, they didn't turn up, and despite chasing twice, I've never heard anything back from Quickline yet. Very poor service.

Had quick line FTTP 400/200mB installed after a new network was installed by them in our rural location . They surveyed the property and suggested where they would lay the cable. Firstly the guys came to trench and install ducting to the house, digging up the lawn. once re-laid the only visual sign of disturbance was two cut line in the grass Excellent work by the team and no mess. The fibre team came the next day and installed the cable and equipment to rear of the house(my preference) but the system could not be made live due to a damaged BT pole in the next village that had been knocked down, however Quickline customer support did keep me updated on the pole and fibre repair and once this was done the engineers came and set up the system. After struggling with 1mB max speed for years we now have superfast stable broadband. Excellent work by all the engineers who are polite and leave no mess behind
