Total rip off Conned me out of £900 for less than a minute of work because I accidentally clicked on the accept terms and conditions link which means you can’t change you mind. They are REFUSING TO GIVE ME ANY REFUND even though I didn’t need to pay for the consent order at the beginning. Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, staff are like a broken record just reading a script over and over again with no help going forward. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO BUY FULL PACKAGE AND DELIVER NOTHING!!

This company is a joke! I have paid 500£ to get divorce and I’m still married! I have started my process in August 2022 and it’s Match 2023, I’m still only on clean break! Please, better find a trustworthy lawyer but don’t waste money on this company. They don’t want to refund me, they don’t proceed with my divorce and I’m already living abroad!

Having a nightmare with this company. I paid £388 back in July 22, it’s now March 23 and I’m no further along. I’ve asked for a refund over and over and was told I wasn’t going to get one via email. I called again today and got sent through to voice mail of David. I left a message and he hasn’t called back. So I’m going to be calling you every single day and posting messages until I get a refund. They’ve done nothing to help me, they’ve literally taken my money and gone! Avoid avoid. I’ll be taking advice tomorrow, this isn’t on. Taking peoples money and doing absolutely nothing to earn it is outrageous. Absolutely terrible company 🤬

I asked several times if there was any other charges after the £299 payment, I was reassured there wasn't, I explained that I did not have enough money for anymore charges. No one mentioned to me that there was an additional charge of nearly £500 for the courts. Had to cancel the whole package, I'm devastated and now waiting on a refund.

The absolute worst company ever!! Already a painful experience when a marriage breaks down. These vultures are terrible. Paid £388 and changed my mind in less than 48 hours. Was Prompted by there staff to obtain a refund i would need to log in which they gave me password over the phone for me to send an email. Turns out because i logged in at their request I am no longer entitled to a refund!! Theft and absolutely shameful! Will take the matter further!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid £300 for a financial consent order at the start of January and have been ghosted ever since. I have called weekly and told I will be called back or emailed and nothing. They won’t let me speak to anyone. The call agent says they will get back to me but nothing. Absolute con. As others say avoid at all cost. This is a fake website that just takes your money. It’s criminal.

My poor 79 year old mom used these. Paid £390 for full manage divorce. A year and 1/2 later and she still is not divorced. They do not assist if there is anything other than a straight forward divorce. They do not give you expert help other than copy and paste lawyer jargon which is complicated for MD of a company let alone a little old lady. Asked for full refund and get a copied and paste reply. Do not use! Taking them to ombudsman. Disgusting So….. update. After being given a contact to deal directly with my complaint….. guess what no divorce. This is now nearly TWO YEARS… ! Following the telling ME to contact courts(which I have) I am no nearer. I have NOT had the support of a Solicitor as stated… I have done every step so far till the next legal step is beyond my skill set as a layperson. Disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. £390 poorer and no nearer than two years ago
