Good job of replacing zip. My coat reeks of smoke from cigarettes. I pointed this out that it is ilegal to smoke in premises, he had been at the back door. I got told that polluted air could come in on it's own, so there is no harm in smoking. My coat will have to be dry cleaned but there's no way I would use this shop again. You just don't care that I am complaining. Now my house is smelling of cigarettes. Disgusting and illegal This was Turves Road Service: Zipper replacement
