Very efficient and friendly service. It was very straightforward to get set up. I really like the app system. When we needed an additional unit it was set up remotely and ready to use when we arrived. Always get excellent customer service - face to face, phone or email. Easy 24 hr access. And very clean / dust free.

I found the storage unit to be well organised and efficient. My only small complaint would be that there is no passenger lift. Not a problem if you are young and fit, more of a problem having to go up and down the stairs with dodgy knees.
