1st time I've ever had a member of staff roll their eyes at me! I asked if my children could have chocolate and biscoff together on a crepe. The guy at the till was astonished and rolled his eyes liked I was insane; he wasn't sure if they went together?!!!! Errr... yeah they do. Either way, was it such an inconvenience to put a dollop on the plate (I was happy to pay for the extra). They are also definitely not crepes- they're pancakes that we all make on pancake day. Overpriced and sulky staff.

Vegetarian options: The savoury dishes all seem to include meat, from my recollection, but I imagine it would be simple enough to ask for that to be excluded. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it might be a bit difficult to get a wheelchair inside the shop, but this is an observation from a non-wheelchair user. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crepes are available.

Popped in here while out shopping as needed some sustenance and energy inducing sugar… I was not disappointed ordered the baileys hot chocolate with the Nutella and banana waffle my daughters had the kinder bueno and a caramel one they were great…. The only thing I would say is the staff were not super friendly and when they delivered two of the dishes did not mention we would have to wait for the third …I got up to check when it hadn’t appeared after 5 minutes … just felt a simple “your order won’t be long “ “we can only cook two waffles at a time sorry about that” type comment with a smile would have been nice!

Not the best but I may be spoiled. Apparently the milk shakes were fantastic (I didn't have one) and they were served in cool containers and nicely presented which added to the experience. Can't help but agree with the other comments on slow service and surliness 😆. Abrupt responses and wouldn't hurt staff to **place** cutlery etc on table rather than let it drop there in scrunched up napkins. A bit of an unpleasant smell to the place which is possibly due to lack of ventilation options in an old building while a lot of open cooking is going on and a lot of smelly dirty dishes lying around to start with. Understandably, with only two members of staff in the middle of the day, that will happen, but perhaps priorities ought to be considered. A lot of people do judge books by their covers and a lot of people would be put off by this.
