Terrible service. Booked for delivery between 2pm and 4pm. I called at 3pm and the truck hadn't left the yard. I was promised delivery by 5pm however at 5:15 I called and was told the truck apparently broke down on the side of the M4. They said they would be with me the next day at 07:45 to pour the C35 mix for my foundations, truck didn't arrive until 08:45 and then broke down mid pour. I called and explained that as we are laying foundations, I cannot have the concrete set and so they said a truck would be sent out as a priority. After chasing up over 4 times the truck finally arrived at nearly 3pm and would not pour until i made payment for the small additional concrete I would need (when they already had money paid upfront for the concrete that had stopped mid-pour). They may be well priced in the market but I would rather pay slightly more and get a good guaranteed service. No remorse and only excuses.
