The new food they have been sending out isn't very good. I believe there are new owners or investors. Our dog doesn't like it anymore and has developed a few issues since eating it. Recently we swapped it out to another company and he's completely demolished the food and has become more lively. It's also considerably cheaper. I would advise trying other companies as well like Farmers Dog.

There was an issue with their website which changed the address I entered for delivery. Nothing was checked they just sent the food to nowhere and so they just took the money and gave me nothing. When I asked they simply said they would not send me the food or give a refund.

I don't usually leave reviews, but those guys deserve 10 ⭐️ stars (licks). We switched to Prodog about 7 months ago when my dog refused to eat Butternut, Luna&Me and other brands you can buy.. Yes, she is fussy eating dog. With Prodog she always finishes her food, and sometimes asking for more! The only one she doesn’t like it’s a fish. We love their new economy range because it’s just more flavour options for her to try. She loves all your treats, especially ostrich ones, rabbit ears with fur, yak chews. We are also using their Boost and Colostrum supplements. And I don't understand where bad customer service reviews come from, because they always answer my emails within two hours. Just a huge thank you! ☺️

We have 2 dogs with very good appetites. But suddenly 1 stopped eating for no apparent reason. We tried and tried to jazz up his previous raw food as I'm not one to keep trying different foods, but he just wouldn't have it, to the point he started to lose weight. We were getting worried. We decided we're going to give Prodog raw a try as the reviews were very good and the company seemed very professional. The flavours and ingredients used looked spot on 1st order arrived, let it thaw, it was packaged to a very high standard I might add, the minute we opened the tub I had high hopes as they both seemed excited. Served it and wow they both demolished it, happy owners again. 👍🏻😁

0 stars. My two boxes didn't arrive to cover me for over Christmas and theyve ignored me since December. I've sent emails, Instagram messages, called the number and they never got back to me about the £100 refund they owe me. We're going through a cost of living crisis and I budget exactly what I need for feeding the dogs, where did they expect me to pluck the £100 from to buy more food? Had to make a claim through my bank I'll never use them again. Disgusting.

Excellent all round. Gus the sickly dog loves ProDog! All other foods make him ill but ProDog never does! The team in Highbridge are great, always happy to help me put the food in my car. The few times I’ve had to deal with customer services they’ve been brilliant, always kind, knowledgable and helpful , and will do everything they can to help me. I won’t go anywhere else. Well done!
