Lysha is a rare gem who actually listens to what you want & need rather than try to pressure you to go for something just because its a role she is trying to fill. She is supportive, keeps you informed & gets you the best outcome possible but most importantly she cares and takes the time to get to know you. I was initially told my desire to gain a decent role at the right level on a 4 day per week basis after over 7 years in Australia was unrealistic/ not achievable - Lysha on the other hand acknowledged how important this was to me & used her deep network to get me in front of a family-friendly business with who shared the same values as myself in a role which played to my strengths & was at the right level of seniority.
