Wow wow wow! Absolutely amazing service. Our consultation was with Imogen, she was so friendly and knowledgeable that she made the process so enjoyable. We had a tour where we were shown how the rings are made and the whole process happens in-house! We were really impressed with how much work and detail goes into making the rings. I tried on various rings till we found the one I liked. I was able to design the ring I wanted and everything we asked for was done for us. We tried other jewellers in Hatton Garden but went with Queensmith because the service you receive during your consultation is absolutely amazing and the after care they offer is one of a kind. I had such an amazing time designing my ring and I am so excited to see the finished product. Imogen took our budget into consideration and gave us some great pointers. If you’re looking for an engagement or wedding ring, you will not be disappointed. We felt really special and thought it was a great start to our new journey. It’s an experience that I definitely won’t forget.

Emily who helped put together the correct ring and was very happy to answer all questions. She was very professional and very transparent, and it really helped that she was not pushy like other salespeople I had come across. After visiting a few establishments on Hatton gardens, we turned to Queensmith to produce our engagement ring. We were delighted with the experience and couldn’t be happier with the ring. The company exudes par excellence from start to finish. All the staff we encountered were engaging, warm, interested and helpful. Communication was effortless and appointments were easy to schedule. They have a high-end showroom and an impressive workshop on site, but their biggest assets are their service and craftsmanship. Selecting a diamond and designing an engagement ring can be daunting, but Emily, our dedicated advisor, made the journey fun and effortless. She was informative, down to earth, transparent, patient, creative and funny in equal measure. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We had complete trust in her advice and knew she had our best interests at heart. There was never any pressure to buy or efforts to upsell at any point. She went to painstaking efforts to ensure our precise design requirements were all met and we looked forward to our meetings. Sadly she was on holiday at the final handover but the ring was perfect, and Jen was also a wonderful host and gave us a very professional and memorable handover in her place. Given the quality of their service and product, I was surprised that their price was as competitive as it was compared to other quotes I had received from other jewellers. There is no doubt that we made the right decision to commission them and I would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the stand out establishments in a crowded Hatton Gardens marketplace.

I walked in close to 5 mins from closing expecting to turn me away, but Oliviia was so welcoming and took the time to show me and a friend a range of engagement rings. We described what we were looking for and she helped estimate my fiancé's ring size (it was a perfect fit). I found the perfect ring in 15 minutes thanks to her expert knowledge. My fiancé loves the ring and would highly recommend everyone to go here!!!
