Similar experience to Adam. No answer, book online, no confirmation, left 2 messages, got through 1st thing Monday morning. Random excuses. Basically the online booking didn't work & they didn't have a van. If they had told me that straight away and before taking payment, I could have gone elsewhere. Older reviews on here very positive, recent ones, not. Avoid till they sort themselves out.

Poor customer service. Got a van booked online they cancelled it 20 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up. Didnt answer calls. Left number of messages on voicemail. Once i hidden my caller id they miraculously picked the phone up and denied any liability. Asked to speak to a director they refused. Avoid by all costs
