Made an online reservation for ice skating more than a week in advance, and made plans for dinner afterwards. They rescheduled me the day before, and when I told them this was unacceptable and that I'd have to pay to reschedule my restaurant booking they offered me a refund instead. They never provided a reason as to why I had to be unilaterally rescheduled. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

One round is like 15 minutes. Feels too short and definitely not the best place to play bowling in London. I wouldn't go back.

Nice busy place... Arcade is pretty small... But ice-ring is sweet. Really enjoyed the VIP Bowling lanes... Ordering food was simple and fast all via the phone/QR code...

Asian looking waitress serving food had a bad attitude which I did not appreciate. I asked a very simple question 'which of the three burgers are vegetarian?'. I don't think it's difficult to be polite and provide basic customer service. Fix the attitude of your employees because giving customers dirty looks is unacceptable.

This review doesn’t even deserve a star. A manager named Reni approached me for the SECOND time on two different DAYS making comments about what I was wearing (I was wearing a tank top) saying “why are you half-naked? Put some clothes on” and at my answer “it’s hot outside” she said “it’s not even summer put some clothes on” It’s REALLY unprofessional coming from a Manager, that herself wears see through crop tops every day. I am costumer and it’s not her business what I’m wearing.
