Ash has been brilliant throughout my Half Marathon prep. I suffered a hip flexor and calf issue during my first Half Marathon. To avoid the same issue second time round, I wanted to prevent it through prehab - keeping my legs fresh. Not only did Ash look after my legs, he offered lots of exercises and wisdom to ensure I don't get injured. I will certainly be back when I've booked my next Half Marathon.

I was referred to Ash by a friend and he managed to fit me into his busy schedule within a week of messaging him. I went to see Ash due to discomfort in my hip which had been there for 8 months. Within the first 5-10 minutes of the session Ash had diagnosed my problem and explained how it could of happened etc. He gave me advice on what to do in the meantime while I was recovering and how I could speed up the process and not make it worse. Ash was always very professional and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Ash to anyone who is looking for a physio!

Firstly by finding the earliest possible appointment in his busy diary and then for his professional knowledge and treatment. Ash got her pain free in 5 weeks !! I booked my first session and was very impressed by his knowledge and explanation of things, along with his pleasant approach and demeanour. approx 4 weeks on and my shoulder is feeling so much better than it has for years and no longer waking up with pain.
