The person I spoke to (presumably the person who runs it) is in no way friendly. I actually had anxiety about attending following our first telephone interaction due to his tone, only to have the appointment cancelled last minute and then blamed on me for ‘running late’ when I called 5 minutes ahead of time to find the clinic (which it turned out I was just seconds away from). He then practically admitted he’d double booked before offering me to rebook my appointment. When I declined he hung up on me. If you’re looking to feel comfortable when seeing a chiropodist, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
