Really really bad since Dr Naharaja has left dr Ahmed is the worst. Waiting 7 years for dermatologist referrals & still counting. Avoid at all cost !! You’d be closer to death bed than to get help from this centre

Terrible just terrible facility, you could be literally dying and they'll only give you an appointment in a weeks time. Receptionists have zero compassion which is astounding to me considering the nature of the job you they're in. Oh wait, nevermind, at the end of the day its just another paycheck... Disgusting. This place needs a revamp asap. New staff should be top priority.

They answer the phone by saying "hello what's the emergency?" as if you called 999. Then you have to try to convince the receptionist that thinks she's a doctor that you are actually sick and that you deserve to be called back by the GP. This place has seen better days. Today its one of the worst I've ever seen. My brother was sick for a few days and had a fever when i asked him why he hasn't gone to the doctor he said he doesn't want to deal with the receptionists. I'm sure he's not the only one. These people are potentially killing some people out there. Time for this place to either change management or close down.

They have been really good up until now, but really disappointing over COVID vaccines. Just doesn't seem to be a priority for whatever reason. Other doctors and health centres have been vaccinating people in their low 40s with no health issues, and queens park is still trying to get through the over 60s. I'm sure all the health centre staff have all been vaccinated. Poor.

They always seem to be running late, and no one has enough respect for your time to even let you know. Stressful experience.

found the dental services really helpful..arrived as emergency patient treated perfectlyas in alot of pain. follow up appointment booked immediately and complex treatment made easier by lovely dentist and receptionist. Attempted to register with doctors. completely different experience from receptionist. Too many personal questions as to why I wanted to register with new doctor...in loud voice... infront of full waiting room. Arrogance and making patients feel uncomfortable and embarrassed Probably Not best advertisement for a practice which is most likely staffed by great doctors. Unfortunately I will Never find out..put me off. Much better reception at Ha'penny Steps surgery!
