Awful experience trying to get a response from Dr Panicker and his secretary. I first made contact on 27th July on recommendation of a GP. The website did not allow me to upload documents of the size I had (medical reports) so waited for the secretary to message me so I could send them. After some back and forth (because no secure file transfer solution is offered which is a concern in and of itself) trying to send the documents and ensure they were readable, I've now been left in the position where I've had to chase the secretary to chase the doctor. What's going on? Why is it so hard to respond to emails? How can I trust you with my health if I can't even trust you to handle my data and be diligent with your responses?!

It is worse than NHS... tried calling them and left several messages, but no appointment was offered. No receptionist only an automated service...Seriously, I would expect bit more professionalism from a private center...Disgusting
