Extremely rude staff , over priced also tried to charge me 40 pounds double the price and he’s explanation was because my vehicle was dirty . Well obviously that’s why I wanted to get it cleaned . He then walked away from me saying have a good day mate in sarcastic mannerisms what a joke of a business !!!

I have always used this car valet service, for years. Today I took my car and was told it was “horrible” and will cost more. No manners whatsoever. A 6 month old car with some sand inside and salt residue outside from being beside the sea for a week. To be told it was “horrible”. I’m outraged. This is why you come to a car valet after all. Admittedly they were busy, and clearly thought this was the best way to put me off staying…charging extra and being rude! Nowhere does it say “we charge extra for dirty cars”. A pleasant, we are very busy now, it will take longer or would you mind coming back at a different time would have sufficed. My car has been far dirtier and has been cleaned at the standard, advertised rate. Disgusting attitudes!

After looking online to find one open later than 6, saw this one closed at 7 (seven, 1900 hours) so thought great ill go there after work no problem. Arrived around 10 past 6 and the place was empty I genuinely thought it was closed. Some shady bloke came out from a back room and said outside only. I said pardon he said only outside of car we close at half 6. I said sorry I want inside and out done it says here on your website and on the big board just 6 feet away from you 7pm close? He then just decided to say outside only again but this time a bit louder in case I missed it (I hadn't). Anyway he dragged a few of his mates out from the back to do some work and they did the outside albeit in a foul mood. Look the outside car clean was fine obviously just change the closing times on Google and on your giant board outside if you can't be bothered to work until then. I'll be sure to tell every person I meet for the next few years their real opening times, a real conversation starter at the pub I reckon.

This guys unprofessional,they don’t know what they are doing, took my car 30min but haven’t done great job £20 for nothing, it was quiet but still not good door panel wasn’t done at all, no air freshener I’ve to ask them. Thanks but I won’t recommend this guys.
