    First time ever in this pub. Stood at the bar for over 10 minutes waiting to be served. Although I totally understand that these days places are understaffed and busy acknowledgement is all that was required . I.e Sorry be with you in moment. But nothing. No eye contact and no apology for being left waiting. I walked out and will not be returning . X
