Carpet is lovely and pricing was reasonable. However paid to have it fitted and awful job was done! Still having to repair the damage that was done to the wood work, carpet isn’t fitted properly either so will have to pay to get it redone by someone else who knows what they are doing.

On both occasions I found the one guy Rude and was more interested in his lunch. On my second visit I got another guy. He was a little bit more helpful but they both can’t really be bothered at all I would not recommend them at all.

I found them to be somewhat unprofessional and unhelpful, and therefore couldn't recommend them to others. They only completed half of the job, claiming that they didn't realise there was another part of the house that also needed needed carpeting. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience as I needed the job completed by a specific time. I was up against some time pressure with this job but, in spite of them letting me down, they were very unhelpful, offering very distant fitting dates and (after I found my own fitter) refusing to deliver the carpet (despite it being very local and me having a tight deadline). I asked the sales rep if I could raise a complaint and he was very dismissive telling me that the manager "wasn't around". I asked him to arrange for them to call me, and they never did. The business struck me as very complacent with no real emphasis on good service. The attitude of the sales rep was poor, which left a bad taste.

Very happy once we got the ball rolling; the team were very accommodating after finding slight differences in colour in some of their LVT batches and made every effort to finish the job as soon as they could. Some tool malfunction meant they were unable to help with the door trimming, but overall a positive experience. Thank you.

Wouldn’t recommend. Awful experience & customer service. I was even threatened with the police for leaving a bad review 😂 . Management was so aggressive & dishonest in their responses that I haven’t been able to explain my negative rating review until I recently moved house as I was scared what they would do! *edit in response* i am not a bogus customer, this happened a couple of years ago & I was treated so badly I was scared to post this review until I moved house recently. The company has reported my review again, I’m guessing they do this to all negative reviews 🙄
