Brilliant service today. I'd broken the glass in a frame and it was replaced on the spot with great care and attention to detail. While this was being done I had the chance to look round the shop. It's really well stocked with everything an artist or craftsperson could need. The owner was very kind and professional. Highly recommended.

I was overcharged and when I realised, didn’t feel able to return owing to how surly the man in the shop had been with me. Even though he was really friendly with the male customers in the shop. I was made to feel unwelcome looking around even though I was polite and purchased items. Most things have no price on them and it is all made up when you go to pay. But I was definitely charged more this time for items I have bought before. Really disappointing.
