    Get regular texts saying make sure you are in for appointment. 10 minutes after the appointment time I get text saying not coming. Ring and no explanation. 2nd appointment was fulfilled and problem sorted

    Cancelled appointment and no phone calls made despite BT informing me that engineer had tried to phone me twice (have screenshot of phone calls/missed to verify that this was misinformation). Dire so cancelled future appointment made for 6 days 29/11/22. . A learning curve for me as it makes a mockery of BT promoting their services to upgrade. Update Engineer called today unexpectedly! shortly after posting the above review (was just about to go out). He checked whole system very thoroughly so I stand by my first review but unexpected (no pre notification) visit just now has vindicated BT and their promise of home visit support. Also QubeGB engineer was very thorough and extremely polite. Checked the whole system throughout so very satisfied with result. Just pleased I was in!! I have upped from one star to three as the initial one star was on the back of long phone calls, missing school pick up as a result of waiting in for non show visit. So can’t really give a higher rating than generous 3 as I wasted so so much of my time previously. Earlier today I was told to complain to Openreach as BT does not have a separate complaints department. So we have three discrete services none of which seem to be able to connect effectively. These outsourcing services under the umbrella of ‘communications’ need to up their game. It makes it very hard for the customer to get a service they pay for. This is no way reflects the 5* home technical as the ad hoc visit was top notch.

    Received one hour before the appointment that no engineer is coming and try to reschedule 15 days after . I took a day off for this appointment and if I was not home I will be a charge but the other way around nothing not acceptable
