A 12 week goverment funded course started 12 months ago!!! Still sat waiting, listening to their perfetic excuses each month. Incompetent staff, useless means of communication and a complete waste of effort. Goverment funded ??? Where's the funds been spent??? Because they didn't deliver what they were funded for in my case. What they did deliver was wasted time, a delayed course over a year, no outcome and displayed evidence of a training centre that needs assessing and monitoring or completely shut down !!!

I've only given one star because there's no option to grade it 0! For anyone considering any course with this company I would avoid! What was meant to be a 12 week goverment funded course has turned into a 12 month nightmare. Still awaiting some kind of contact from a formal complaint made in November. Still haven't finished the course, with lame excuses each month until January, and now not even a courtesy acknowledgement of recently sent emails. They miss you off lists, they say you didn't attend when you have evidence of attendance, they lie about booking tests and then blame you for not attending the test they didnt even book, the mess everything up possible. They accepted and apologised for all their mistakes but didnt act upon them or even attempt to rectify them, they just continued to show their incompentences. They string you along with false hope! An unorganised, unprofessional organisation and a complete waste of my time. Goverment funded course, with no outcome! Avoid at all costs!!!

Dreadful dreadful company. Applied for HGV bootcamp with them in Nov 21 and started HGV bootcamp with them in Feb 22. Course supposed to last 14 weeks. Have yet to set foot in a HGV. Company thinks it's acceptable to send an email every few months that acknowledges delays. Although they hundreds of thousands of pounds to run these courses, they have been incapable of delivering them, or indeed keep their trainees upto date. Very opaque with what is happening and left me totally in the lurch. Have written to my MP about them and their funding and inability to provide training and have written to media organisations about their shocking delivery if HGV boot camps. I sincerely hope they have not received government funds for the training they never supplied. Would rate zero stars in truth. Update: 21/3/22. They cancelled the course yesterday, after Department For Education cancelled their contact. Wonder if this was for not delivering the courses the Govt awarded them contracts for.

This training provider is abysmal. How they won a government HGV training contract is mind blowing. I’ve been messed about from being accepted on the course some 15 months ago to being told this week they are not honouring the practical training and tests of the HGV course. I’ve wasted hours upon hours doing online seminars and revision for theories for this cowboy outfit to pull the plug. Stay well clear.

If I could give 0 I would. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service from start to finish. Over a year to get to my re test with their hgv bootcamp,. Then with a very undesirable hgv company, to be told my course is terminated. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your training needs.

Started my hgv bootcamp with qube learning, passed initial tests and was waiting for a training and test date which came but cancelled twice in 4 months for unknown reasons. Then 1 months later I was told we are waiting on a decision by DFE which will be in Jan, a 2 month wait. I was kept on edge until March and then qube dropped an email stating gov funding has stopped "sorry". Now I only have 2 months remaining for my theory and cpc to expire and I won't be able to get a test and training date, if I fund it myself. This is very disappointing from qube who will pass the buck onto DFE no doubt.
