Persistently cancel appointments! I've had 3 cancelled by them in the last three months - I've not had a check up for at least a year. I'm pregnant and need my teeth checking and they now say I can't even make an appointment until the end of June!

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for a check up. Needed a filling and I had it done today. The staff and dentist were absolutely brilliant! I suffer with anxiety but I felt so at ease with all the staff there! Absolutely great service and a good job on my teeth that has given me some confidence. Thank you all!

Been waiting months to continue treatment, (apparently no appointments available because there’s no dentists and to try again in few months). When I was finally able to get an appointment few months after me chasing up several times, I then get informed my appointments been cancelled and to try again in another few months time. NHS dental care has become a mess. So disappointed. On the hunt for a new dentist.

Went to the kids club today and must say what a great idea from the staff at this Quayside dentist site. Putting the local kids first. Rob (dentist) was so good with my girls and the lady who assisted him was so nice and pleasant. Naomi on reception was so welcoming when we arrived the other lady on reception was welcoming to others attending their appointments. After we saw the dentist, we went next door to see a lady called Gemma, who gave advice to my girls, as well as giving them a little gift bag such a lovely lady. Would highly recommend this practice for any NHS or private patients 10/10 keep up the good work

I have been trying to contact the clinic for a while.. by a while I mean since November last year. For almost 3 months with calls being made maybe 3/4 times a week not once was the calls answered by the reception team at quayside, but by an out of hours call service. I had told them the situation, but each time you get the same response ''we'll put you in for an urgent call back'' that never happens. You want to email them? Email is invalid and does NOT work, don't bother. How do you contact a clinic that refuses to be in contact with it's patients?.. shocking stuff

I have been trying to book an appointment for the last 2 and half months. Called over 20 times, it has been answered 3 times by the out of hours service and was told I’d get a call back, that call back never happened. All the other times it just rang out. I have tried to email them to no avail.

Since showman sold up I've had nothing but trouble with this dentist. Had to wait weeks for a late appointment, the the dentist left so my follow on appointment got cancelled after I had paid in advance for the treatment. them I was told it would be 3 weeks before I could see another dentist finally had the treatment ie 4 fillings replaced. Since the treatment I've been back 3 times with a problem with 1 of the teeth I had filled. Been back today as I've had a abscess since xmas eve. Went back again today and the dentist wasnt interested The dentist I see isnt back in until the 20th jan as he has is own practice asked if she could just extract it to solve the problem but she wouldn't!!!!!!.. so I have to put up with the problem they caused until the 20th of jan....showman had a bad rep but he wouldn't of put up with this.. and before you start have you tried getting a dentist and yes I've looked.been going to showman for 40yrs never had a problem when showman owned it. They cant evan keep the dentist they have got was told today 2 dentist are leaving. Get a grip sort it out

Every time my son has come here he has got toothache later on due to doctors messing something up, only last week my son went in for a checkup without any toothache and during the checkup the man decided to repeatedly bang is filling with pressure, now he is in agony everyday and is taking pain killers regularly; and will have to wait 2 months until they sort it out.
